APPLY NOW to be part of the Network of Pro Bono Lawyers Legal Aid team!
WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY
Access to justice is an essential component of the constitutional right to a fair hearing. This notwithstanding, one of the major impediments to access to justice is the increasing cost of legal representation for low-income earners in Nigeria which has widened the systemic and socio-economic inequalities between the rich and the poor.
To close the justice gap, eradicate poverty and contribute to the development of Nigeria’s human capital, the Network of Pro Bono Lawyers through its pro bono workforce is committed to ensuring that indigent citizens have unfettered and sustainable access to legal representation, at no cost; and to promote public legal education.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
To be a part of our amazing litigation team, young legal practitioners who are interested or have demonstrated commitment to bridging the gap between the less privileged and accessing legal representation or are actively engaged in legal advocacy, criminal litigation, and or are looking to build a career in this aspect of Law practice are more than welcome to apply.
